Krank Golf Return and Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

Krank Golf provides high-quality golf clubs and accessories at competitive prices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following solutions:

  • Krank Golf will assist in adjusting your club to better fit your swing.
  • Unhit drivers may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Contact customerservice@krankgolf.com or call 480-699-5041 to initiate a return.
  • All repairs or replacement clubs will require additional shipping & handling charges.

Return Conditions

  • No return merchandise will be accepted without a valid reason and prior authorization.
  • Krank Golf does not refund hit products.
  • All returns must be freight prepaid, accompanied by the original packing slip or proof of purchase, and returned in unhit condition within 30 days of receipt.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Warranty & Exchanges

All Krank Golf products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage.

  • Krank Golf will replace or repair any broken club once within 12 months from the verified date of purchase.
  • Long Drive setups have a 30-day warranty for heads only.
  • Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims.
  • If Krank Golf determines the damage was due to misuse, there will be no repair or replacement.
  • All club setup changes (length, loft, shaft flex, etc.) will incur a $25 change fee per club.
  • Long Drive setups will incur a $100 change fee per adjustment.
