Krank Golf ships throughout the United States and to over 236 international countries. Since every club is custom-built by hand, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for shipping.
Domestic Shipping Includes:
- All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
- Washington D.C.
- U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia
- Freely Associated States: Palau and the Marshall Islands
- Armed Forces addresses: Americas, Europe, and Pacific (APO/FPO/DPO)
International Shipping:
We ship to 236 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Additional Shipping Details:
- Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped F.O.B. from Queen Creek, Arizona.
- Delivery Method: Standard deliveries within the U.S. are shipped via Ground, while international orders are delivered via International Economy.
- Shipping Charges: Freight charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and size.
- Multiple Packages: Due to size and weight restrictions, orders may arrive in more than one package.
- Holiday Delays: Please allow additional time during peak holiday periods due to carrier delays.
- Delivery Timeframe: Please allow up to 5 business days after your order ships before contacting support
- Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
- Krank Golf must also receive all claims for shortages or damages within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
