Fire Pro Head and Speeder Shaft

Having initially purchased the Fire X head I found that it was creating too much spin for me. I should point out that I based my fitting numbers on there from my trackman and with my Ping G430 driver. I was well within the criteria for this set-up. But on receiving it I was swinging the Krank driver around 5 mph faster. Never going to complain about that but it was causing the ball to spin way above 3500k to 4500k spin.

My partner contacted Krank and almost immediately she her call was returned but none other than Lance himself. They discussed the issue and I had included my launch monitor numbers. He advised trying a stiffer shaft initially, even offering to send me one. No need as I live in Scotland and can get many a stiff shaft here with a Callaway adapter as they fit. I tried this and it did reduce the spin but still was over 3k. She got back in touch with Lance and he saw the new numbers and agreed it was the Pro head that was what I needed. He Immediately sent me one and upon receiving it I can wholeheartedly say this driver is a BEAST! Incredibly forgiving, looks awesome, 2100 to 2500k spin, sounds even better. The sound is hard to describe but if it was fighting other drivers hit well sound like a slap and this sounds like a full on perfect punch on the chin. Powerful and very rewarding. My bad hits go farther than my good hits with the Ping. My great hits are easily 20 yards passed it. I should also mention In Scotland up until recently I have been playing in 0 to 2 degrees temp ( 32 to 35 f), multiple clothing layers and very wet ground so there has only been carry. When the ground firms up that extra 20 yards will easily double.

Me : 5f8, 53 years old, reasonably fit and a 5 handicap. I haven't fully unleashed it yet but I am already reaching 290 yards with a well within myself swing. I have a few more mph left in the tank.

I cannot endorse this company, Lance and this driver highly enough. Can't wait to try more. I am looking into a 7 wood at the moment.

KRANKER FOR LIFE!

I am in love with this driver! After having durability issues with the main stream brands, I decided to give Krank a shot. Their customer service is next to none. I bought this driver because I was sold on the quality and durability of this product. I got a lot more than what I was anticipating when I swung it for the first time very forgiving very straight and long. I was on the fence about ordering this driver due to it not being a namebrand driver but now I have zero regrets best driver I’ve ever swung. if you’re on the fence, don’t think twice about it order it. You will not regret it. if you have any questions, give them a call. You will talk to a real person that knows the product inside and out and they will make sure that you will order the most badass driver you have ever owned.

GAME CHANGER

Taylormade staff member here for 15+ years. Tried the Pro and haven’t looked back! Being a competitive golfer having played in multiple national championships and USGA events I’ve been searching for more accuracy. I hit it 300+ but dispersion is always a struggle. Absolutely love this thing!

I truly love this driver. It took me only two range sessions to get the feel of my Krank Formula Pro. Once I did, I immediately started hitting straight bombs! I played my first round of golf yesterday (just 9 holes) and legitimately didn't miss a fairway and was hitting 280+ in 65 degree weather. Buy one now, you won't regret!
