Krank Golf Return and Refund Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
Krank Golf provides high-quality golf clubs and accessories at competitive prices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following solutions:
- Krank Golf will assist in adjusting your club to better fit your swing.
- Unhit drivers may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
- Contact customerservice@krankgolf.com or call 480-699-5041 to initiate a return.
- All repairs or replacement clubs will require additional shipping & handling charges.
Return Conditions
- No return merchandise will be accepted without a valid reason and prior authorization.
- Krank Golf does not refund hit products.
- All returns must be freight prepaid, accompanied by the original packing slip or proof of purchase, and returned in unhit condition within 30 days of receipt.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Warranty & Exchanges
All Krank Golf products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage.
- Krank Golf will replace or repair any broken club once within 12 months from the verified date of purchase.
- Long Drive setups have a 30-day warranty for heads only.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims.
- If Krank Golf determines the damage was due to misuse, there will be no repair or replacement.
- All club setup changes (length, loft, shaft flex, etc.) will incur a $25 change fee per club.
- Long Drive setups will incur a $100 change fee per adjustment.
