Krank Golf Sweeps ALDA California State Long Drive Championships

What a weekend in Warner Springs, California. The ALDA held the California State Long Drive Championship on Sat. 10/10/09. This was a culmination of numerous local qualifiers over the past 6 months. This was a 2 event day, with the final State qualifier in the morning and the State Championship in the afternoon. The morning event winners were, Travis Allen-Open Class, Lance Reader-Open II Class, Gary Miller-Senior Class and John Joseph-Super Senior Class.

The California State Championship Event was filled with some of the top hitter in the World of Long Drive.
Mitch McDowell, hitting the new Krank Golf Rage Driver with the new Fujikura/Krank Golf LD Prototype shaft won the Open Championship. Winning Drive: 380 yards and Longest Drive of the event of 397 yards
Fred Trigg hitting the new Krank Golf Rage Driver won the Open II Championship.
Gary Miller hitting the Krank Golf El Diablo Driver won the Senior Championship.
John Joseph hitting the Krank Golf El Diablo Driver won the Super Senior Championship

It was a Krank Golf sweep.

Also, Lance Reader, Gary Miller and John Joseph won the overall points Championships for their Divisions. All hitting Krank Golf Drivers

The Team Championships was won by Team Krank
Lance Reader, Mitch McDowell, Jeff Stoll and Brennan Truax

What a great event put on by the ALDA and Warner Springs Ranch Golf Club. We look forward to next year.
