Kevin Shook Wins 2010 Christmas Clash

Kevin Shook Krank Golf Team One Member, wins 2010 Christmas Clash hitting the Rage Driver with the Aldila Rip LD Shaft. Kevin has had and amazing year, winning the LDA Pro Tour event called the Mile High Shootout, finished 2nd at two other LDA Tour events and finished 6th place at the 2010 ReMax World Long Drive Championships. Kevin should be the MVP of Long Drive for 2010. Kevin's longest ball at the Christmas Clash was an amazing 436 yards. Congratulations to Kevin for an MVP year.

Lonnie White Wins 2010 Diamond In The Desert Classic

Let’s talk survival of the fittest. The Official Kick off of the Long Drive season was last week starting on March, 25th, 2010 in Mesquite NV. Called the Diamond In The Desert Classic, hundreds of Long Drivers participated and hit into 20+ MPH winds for 3 days. In the end, Krank Golf finished on top with Lonnie White winning the senior event hitting the Krank Rage Driver. Jeff Williams finished 3rd also hitting Rage to make it a very good day for Krank Golf. The Official Long Drive Grid in Mesquite Nevada is a spectacular venue to hit on. At times that grid can show its teeth by producing very difficult head wind hitting conditions. Lonnie White definitely earned every yard he hit to be the 2010 Champion. Congratulations to Lonnie and Jeff for proving once again the dominance of Krank Golf Drivers.

Allen McDougall and Mitch McDowell Win ALDA Events 3 & 4 With Rage Driver

It's one thing to win once, but to win twice in one day against some of the top hitters in the World, is quite unique. Allen McDougall and Mitch McDowell, Krank Team Members continue to dominate with the RAGE Driver. At the end of the day, the top eight longest balls of the event were hit by the Rage Driver, continuing its Dominance in the Sport of Long Drive. Mitch McDowell hit the longest ball of the day at 422 yards.

Krank Golf Rage Driver Sweeps First Two ALDA Events of 2010

The ALDA held its first two events of the year this last weekend (01/23/10). With all the rain we had leading up to the events, the ALDA decided to move these events indoors and have the first ALDA Indoor Long Drive competitions ever. The event was held at Crosswoods in Chandler AZ. A first rate indoor hitting facility. These events had some of the top hitter in the World, notably, Mitch McDowell, Allen McDougall, Tyler Kellett, CJ Morley, Sean Malone just to mention a few. The event went off without a glitch. Hitting indoors is quite a bit different than hitting outdoors. But in the end, the top outdoor hitters were at the top of the indoor hitting events. Mitch McDowell, hitting the Krank Golf RAGE Driver won both Elite Pro events and Lance Reader hitting the Krank Golf RAGE Driver won both Elite Pro 2 events. Krank Golf Sweeps ALDA California State Long Drive Championships

What a weekend in Warner Springs, California. The ALDA held the California State Long Drive Championship on Sat. 10/10/09. This was a culmination of numerous local qualifiers over the past 6 months. This was a 2 event day, with the final State qualifier in the morning and the State Championship in the afternoon. The morning event winners were, Travis Allen-Open Class, Lance Reader-Open II Class, Gary Miller-Senior Class and John Joseph-Super Senior Class. The California State Championship Event was filled with some of the top hitter in the World of Long Drive. Mitch McDowell, hitting the new Krank Golf Rage Driver with the new Fujikura/Krank Golf LD Prototype shaft won the Open Championship. Winning Drive: 380 yards and Longest Drive of the event of 397 yards Fred Trigg hitting the new Krank Golf Rage Driver won the Open II Championship. Dave ''Ironman'' Zajac Sr. Qualifies For Worlds 2009 Hitting Rage

Dave ''Ironman'' Zajac Sr. competes in the Super Senior Division and qualified for the Remax World Long Drive Championships for the 2nd year hitting the New Krank Golf Rage Driver. Dave qualified through district 5 by winning every round he competed in. Congratulations Dave and good luck at Worlds. Krank it up!

CJ Morely Wraps Up ALDA Arizona Open Division Championship

Krank Golf Team One member CJ Morley walks away from the impressive World Class Long Drive field. Now it does help being 6'4'' tall and weigh 275 lbs with a swing speed of over 150 mph, but CJ was untouchable this last weekend. Winning both ALDA Series Long Drive events with room to spare. Hitting directly into the wind, CJ's winning drives were 377 yards and 374 yards. The next best drive by any competitor all day was 359 yards. Looks like CJ is dialed in and ready for the Remax World Long Drive Championships next month. CJ was hitting the new Krank Golf Rage Driver.

387 Yard Blast Qualifies Marty For Worlds 2009

We at Krank Golf would like to congratulate Arizona resident Marty Honea for his win in region 9, senior division, in Mesquite Nevada this past weekend. Marty used his Krank Rage driver to beat the field by 21 yards with a 387 yard blast and earned his spot in the Remax World Long Drive Championships 2009.

Sean Malone Dominates District 8 Open Division Championship

To win an Open Division District Championship is very, very difficult to do. To dominate an Open Division District Championship is almost unheard of. Sean Malone did exactly that, having the longest ball in every round he competed in. This win qualifies Sean for the Remax World Long Drive Championship 2009.
